While any of our doors can be paired with barn door track hardware, classic barn door design styles are available 1-1/2” thick with 3/4” wood backer boards. As Easy as 1,2,3...
Step 1 - Determine what size door you require
The most accurate way to determine the price of your door project is to supply us with one of two measurements; either the width of the opening that will receive the door or the width you would like your door built to. Doors can be fabricated in any size - from 24" to 96". We suggest that openings larger than 52" receive a double door treatment, but a single door can be built up to 60". Not sure what size to go with? Contact us with questions or request a free field estimate* (in Nassau and Suffolk County)
Step 2 - Choose Your Design
There are endless possibilities when it comes to choosing the design of your door. From the classic X bottom barn door to something with more of a modern touch, no design is off limits. Make your door one of a kind by customizing it with tempered glass or reclaimed pallet wood or maybe even a mirror. Whatever you have in mind we will work with you in making your idea a reality. A free rendering by an expect draftsman is available upon request. After settling on a design we can provide you with an instant and accurate quote.
Step 3 - Choose Your Finish Color
The finishing touch to any custom door is a coat of stain or paint. With over 25 different choices of stain, you are sure to find the color that matches your style or existing décor. Because our doors are made from pine, we have the flexibility to stain them to match other types of more expensive wood at a much more affordable price. Popular colors include Golden Oak, Red Mahogany, Colonial Maple and many more. Along with stain we also offer endless paint colors as well as a natural aging technique to make your new wood look old and weathered
